YouTube Subtitles

Free. Runs in your browser.

A browser extension that saves any YouTube video's subtitles as an SRT file or plain text, straight from your toolbar.

One click on the toolbar button while watching a video.
SRT keeps timestamps; Text is just the words, for reading or pasting into AI.
Works with auto-generated captions too.
Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Nothing to install on your PC beyond the extension.
